I was fortunate to have grown up in the Bronx mainly for two reasons:
1: It was the Belmont section, so safe that you could sleep on the firescape on warm a warm summer night and not fear being used as target practice
2. About 80% of my family lived within a 10 block radius. Just to gain abit of a perspective my maternal grandp Grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins by the dozen lived within voice range.
I don't want get into about there histories or what they did. To me that's a tedious operation. Most like though that will come out anyway as I tell of the stories they told me.
So sit back and enjoy. If I get a least a chicle from you I've done at least what I set out to do.
